Yeah definitely got confused! I thought the OP was referring to this articles recipe being vegetarian and not vegan.

AH I see it now. The way I read the comment, it seemed like the OP was saying that the recipe in THIS article was only vegetarian.
Where does it say anything about cottage cheese? I’ve read the article twice now and don’t see that at all. I’ve searched this page, and the only results for cottage cheese are in your post and mine...
What are “deeply” toasted walnuts? Just like extra toasty?
Yeah I don’t see where it includes anything that would void the vegan status. There’s a mention of eggs in the article, but the recipe itself doesn’t call for them.
I’ve always found Carmax prices to be okay, with the exception of some luxury SUVs (saw an Acura RDX at like 5k over KBB once).
I just bought a new stainless steel set, and during my research I found that the general rule of thumb is that non-stick are not buy it for life items. They will wear out and need replacing every so often. Everything I read said buy cheap ones and toss them with the coating flakes over time.

Unless you are planning to measure all your dry ingredients by mass—which is honestly the best way to measure, but not everyone has the patience—you need a set of dry measuring cups.
Yeah I have a small jar of that at the house, and normally use that. The meal kit comes with enough cloves to complete the recipe so I just use those.
A few weeks ago I decided to give one of those meal subscription boxes a try. I quickly found out that I despise mincing garlic. I bought a mincer and it seems to keep the germ and the outside husk out of the minced garlic, which I like.
Honda Element. I want one, and finding a low mileage example is difficult.
I mean this dude took a ton of time and put a lot of effort into making this. The internals look well done, professional even. Why in the hell would he half ass the body like that? I mean it looks like it took even MORE work to get those stupid flat panels to work than it would have to just get some sort of fiberglass…
Damn, those bombs he sent out are one thing, but check out those pipe bombs he’s got for arms.
The old TJ bumpers were incredibly useful. They had these big rubber blocks on the front. I worked at a Quiznos in high school, and the dumpster was in one of those typical enclosures. It was too far forward and the door wouldn’t close, so we pushed it back with the TJ.
Huh, I was always told it was the other way around. It should be illegal, it’s just as bad as talking on a cell phone IMO.
On the topic of smoke detectors, each bedroom is supposed to have one inside of it, and there should be one outside of each bedroom as well (it’s fine to have one serving several rooms if they’re close).
IIRC, that’s illegal in most states anyways, not that anyone actually follows that law though.
If you’re looking for a simple commuter bike, why wouldn’t you just go with something like a Grom though?
I think you read the title of this post wrong. This isn’t looking for the most AWESOME things, just the dumbest.
I did find out JB Weld does not work all that well for gluing the head of a driver back on to a composite shaft. Just ask the guy who was in the collection cart. I’m sure he’s been hit by a ton of golf balls, but a driver head was a new and rare experience.
