Don’t confuse my comment. I think the ban is stupid. These companies are extremely disingenuous. Several of those tech companies support totalitarian government efforts to crack down on freedom in other countries... look at what Facebook is doing to get into China.

I actually had two Saudi men in my engineering school (I went to a small program). They actually met in the department and ended up together as a couple. I felt bad for them because they were supposed to return after their schooling to that super-understanding, and super-tolerant culture of theirs.
