Most of the time. My Jaguar F-Type SVR has an obnoxious crackle tune from the factory. I can make it make as much noise as I want on command. I cannot make it be quiet on command.

One of life’s greatest mysteries is how little car salespeople know about the products they sell. It’s because most aren’t really in sales (mentally and skills wise). The real sales industry hustles to convince their clients they need to buy XYZ. Car dealers have had it pretty easy the past 130 years.
