Marnie and Jessa making out was close to jump the shark moment. Just seemed very desperate and cynical for a show only in its 8th episode. Looks the the HBO executive of tits rearing his ugly head again

Possibly the worst moment of my day today- reading a moronic comment about someone self-congratulating themselves over not watching a tv show. If I wanted to see the mindless sheep blindly following the blind without indulging in any critical thinking I'd watch the republican convention not read AV Club.

Is it just me or has Damon become more and more of a dick over the seasons? I may be misremembering things but in the first season he was one of the nice sharks. Lately he's borderline Kevin territory with his pompous and dickish attitude.

This whole Alaric situation has been rather poorly handled by the show. The show has taken the easy and the lazy way out of the situation. Alaric has a very compelling argument that deserves to be at the very least be properly debated within the show itself. Yes we like Damon, Stefan and the other vampires but it

Someone should introduce Arya to Emily Thorne …

Nope, Book 5 is way worse than book 4. This is not a personal opinion just check amazon or any ASOIF fansites. 5th book completely shat the bed and there was no excuse such as the best characters not being in it as was the case with 4. Everytime you turn the page and see it's a Tyrion or Danaerys chapter you groan and

I thought the episode was fantastic, I had issues with the believability of the sheriff locking Alaric up based on some very shaky circumstantial evidence and the word of another character who was a suspect herself. Other than that it was amazing, the mystery was surprisingly gripping and the the Stephan/Damon stuff

The only thing is that Fringe has already shat bed so hard in what is sure to be its last season that it's pretty much going be in the same category as a mediocre show like 'The 4400' essentially a glorified procedural and be forgotten one year from now let alone be even talked in the same breath as some of the all

This show is the worst. I don't like bagging on shows but this one truly deserves it. Take LOST, cut LOST's balls off and you end up with Alcatraz. JJ Abrams brand is pretty diluted in my mind now, he's had 2 good shows (Alias & Lost) one mediocre show (Fringe) and 3 absolute stink bombs of epic proportions

Looking at Carrie's mental state has anyone considered the possibility that she might have multiple personalities and one of her other personalities might be the mole like United States of Terra? She mentioned that she lost someone in Iraq whom she was close with, it's possible that led to a formation of a personality

I liked all the stuff with Travis and Dexter. Pure pulp. I have to say, that psychologist seems to have graduated from the 'Stereotypical TV Psychologist Institute'. She does each and every trick that you associated with a stereotypical shrink including constantly throwing the patients question back at the patient:
