Damn, that woman really told it like it is. This man shouldn’t have gotten a wrist slap here, but it’s too bad that the judge did just that.

I wasn’t really addressing MRAs in that comment, just that you can want women to be on the draft (or no draft at all) in the quest for equality while still wanting to reduce situations like in the article. I think using the draft as a smokescreen for the killing of women is still very irresponsible and damaging, I…
I wish more multiplayer WASN’T PvP. I don’t understand the obsession with it. The best multiplayer experiences for me have always been none PvP: Horde mode in Gears of War, Firefight in Halo, etc. Too bad they’re stupid rare.
“In nonreciprocally violent relationships, women were the perpetrators in more than 70% of the cases.”
Yeah, they could do that (like I am),but they won’t because deep down they just don’t care. They can feel good about protecting “feminism” at home without actually risking anything at all. Hence why they support the warhawk who gleefully murders abroad for military industrial complex kickbacks.
Well, if you read through the recent comments on some of the abuse/killings stories on Jezebel, the mentalities are the same. The difference is that men are more likely to kill women in abusive scenarios, so it skews public perception that male abusers are more common and is easier to spin a certain way.
I agree with him fully, but don’t worry. I’m voting for Jill Stein if Bernie loses, so you don’t worry about Bomb-’em-All Clinton getting my vote!
You can complain about two issues at the same time. There’s no doubt the killing of women needs some serious addressing in society, AND the draft is sexist and discriminatory. I don’t know why people treat issues as mutually exclusive.
I hate to break it to you, but this is what feminism is in modern America. Egalitarian feminism is dead.
Yeah, I feel ill after reading this. The only worse comment section I’ve ever seen was when I went onto Stormfront because I heard it mentioned and didn’t know what it was. These people are disgusting, and even worse, they probably doubled down on their beliefs.
Not sure if you’re still around, but I am curious: do you still think woman on man abuse is OK? Most of the accounts on here have been dead for almost a decade, but you have relatively recent posts from a year ago. I just want to see if people ever change their mind or not.
Damn, MRA dudes invented time travel, posed convincingly as a woman to write this, AND stayed a woman for 7+ years writing articles for Jezebel? That’s some dedicated false flagging right there.
Would you say the same if this was about a group of male abusers sharing their stories of abusing women and laughing about it? I highly doubt it. The fact that these people were not only unremorseful about the abuse, but gleeful shows that they didn’t care about what they did or how it affected those they were with.…
I know you will never see this, but I just had to point out how hilarious it is that you preface your whole comment with a description of how much your ex deserved the abuse before sharing how you beat him. He was totally asking for it, right?
A) Jezebel is 100% hypocritical about abuse, and this is not the only example. They just became more subtle as time went on.
It’s disgusting, but I don’t find it that shocking. Jezebel has routinely demonstrated that it gives no shits about problems men face (unless they’re gay), so this is just them being direct about it. It reminds me of those “Red Pill” sites that talk about needing to keep your woman in line with a good smack every now…
Your rage is hilarious. I’m gonna watch some Kevin Hart tonight in your honor, cheers.
It doesn’t make sense, but that’s what the people here support. Nobody said feelings are rational.
They did rape and kill the Ainu, Chinese, and Koreans though. Is slavery better than that or worse? I’m not sure.
America is one of the least racist places on the planet. Yes, you read that right. It’s kind of frightening sometimes.
