Great post. I think your comments on GTA V’s storyline are spot on. I played every GTA since II, but completed NONE of the full main storylines until V. This is because it played out more like cinema, and had less technical and boring elements (aside from the stupid crane minigame you do on Trevor when you first start

Dr. Frasier Crane

this is a star wars reference, people

What do you think I do whenever I open one of your food posts. Besides, I wouldn’t be on Kotaku if I didn’t want to occasionally get an awkward boner from some weeb stuff. It’s not my culture but the internet lets me be a tourist. I browsed this place for a decade before someone told me the name had a Japanese origin.

Their OSX ports have been awful, awful, awful since WoW—and Overwatch, their latest game, is already confirmed to have no OSX support at all. End of an era.

this is easily the best AC cosplay I’ve ever seen. And I’ve seen a lot of AC cosplay! :v

Rise of the Tomb Raider on PC. I’m playing an action film. This is the best action adventure game I’ve ever experienced. I haven’t felt this way since the series began.

Same, I was worried it would be slideshow. I don't mind playing with mid settings though.

Isn't it feasible that Nines could be a female? Not that I'm one to get hung up on pronouns.

Rarely do I laugh at Kotaku, even more rare is when I laugh at Kotaku comments. Bravo!

They did pretty well in reversing the paid mods shit.

I think you should come out and say it’s just kind of shitty that SE did this. It limits playtime for folks who have other things in their lives and prefer to play the game a certain way. I love the game, and pay the sub, and have the requirements met—but I think it’s just not good form for them to story-gate

Couldn’t have said it better myself. It’s become a pointless battle about how to define a word.

Jesus Christ the memories I can’t handle it

Is this an argument people make? I understand the hate for brick and mortar places like Gamestop who essentially run a racket on their customers (though I’ve never had much of a problem myself)—but I think the beef is mostly with the ethics of the pre-order and trade-in culture emphasized so heavily at storefronts.

Bad game? Well that’s just like... your opinion man. Especially with the latest changes it’s quite a bit of fun. Have you played it recently? MMOs essentially become new games over time.

How about you speak for yourself, eh?

It's tied for my favorite FF game with VIII. I LOVE it.
