You really don’t know anything of history or governments.

Leverage, boy, leverage...
Exactly.
XL would have stopped by Baker. Currently a lot of oil moves through trucks and rail which is not as safe or efficient in the long term or with as much capacity XL would have provided.
Renewables are not reliable sources without overcapacity and storage (cloudy days / night / no wind). New tech for storage is happening... but it is still under test (liquid air and similar storage).
You are missing the bigger picture. Killing XL, killed the flow of Canada and the possibility of not having to use Russian oil at all.
Now, can we finally focus on building a high speed train system in the United States? Please?
It’s funny how people think that oil “reserves” are going to pick up the slack.
Excuse me.... Did I mention Putin... Oh no, I didn’t.
Be careful what you wish for socialist. You have not lived under a fascist government. I have.
Just take it to your local paintless dent removal shop.... they’ll work out miracles...
Wait again... so you are saying that some Canadian Officers (in their God given liberty) actually might be against their self appointed fascist leader that declared martial law to subjugate the population he dislikes ???
Shape (like a flat bottom) can also play a huge part. In our Boy Scout troop we have both the old 17 Ft. Grumman aluminum canoes as well as the Coleman Plastic Canoes. Lots of both...
The fun part is that all this “pollution” because of the Trucker Freedom Convoy, would have not even register anywhere if the Canadian government would have removed the ridiculous mandates. The whole thing would have been stopped on its tracks.
Wholy crap to that audio file of her call...
“Lock ‘N’ Roll can rotate 360 degrees on three axes”
WOW.. and those windows are at a steep angle to even take more force in a hit... damn. It must’ve felt like it hit a brick wall.
Not just metal fatigue... rust, poor design loading conditions (wrong safety factor, material thickness, alloy, heat treatment, etc..), wrong bolts (thread pitch, ratings, alloy, finish, torqueing, etc..).
Not to mention that most people do not grab the steering wheel as they showed on the video.
God, I love that movie.
