Willow is a movie that has actually stuck around my film collection throughout the years. The score is fantastic! And I had such the crush on Val Kilmer - he slips on the ice like normal people! That's why I think it still works - there's a roughness around the edges that makes it all more believable, as opposed to

Hey! I liked him in The Road to El Dorado!

True. This version of Henry V had flashbacks that were from parts of Henry IV , in particular anything with Falstaff.

I just watched that last night - I was not put off by the movement of passages, though I felt them. I would use Cumberbatch's Hamlet as a teaching point - he's clearly more moved to sadness and angst than to action (compared to Fortinbras).

Your Majesty shall mock at me. I cannot speak your England.

When I do something embarrassing, I look out into the middle distance and say, "Shame, and eternal shame. Nothing, but shame."

Methinks the writer doth infer too much…

That's Hamlet. Again.

How could you kill saplings?!

YES! Because he…got turned into a bee? Or was he the one that the worms turned against after he cut one in half?
Still remember the last line:
"What are you going to do?!"

Oh, or the one with the girl who had a spider egg laid in her face - the illustration for that story has been lingering in my brain since third grade *shudder*

River's "death" was not manipulated by another being to forward a goal. It was just her death by terrifying shadow creatures. Ten was all about saving people - this iteration doesn't seem to care quite as much.

Thank you for choosing "opportunity"

Great article! I love The Knick even as I'm repulsed by it. It's so detailed, and the performances are great. Really like looking back in time - and this article explains why! Thanks!

After thought - Jason's home has too many lamps. That scene grew comical as he kept circling the room, clicking off the hundred and twenty-seven lamps.

Didn't get taped because of the *insert adjective of choice* Cubs game. Pity - it looked really fun.

Oh, well, I don't think we're disagreeing.

Always happy to see Kat Dennings - she always looks like she's having fun! Glad she's getting off Two Broke Girls, at least.

Ooooh - Midnight still makes me uneasy.

I can only speak to one of your points: the souls. I don't think they're souls in the traditional sense. The Doctor says that UNIT will take the pod to space and leave it there, and without a beacon they'll fade. So I don't think they were ever truly souls - more like electric residue.
