The way these movies are trending, I am going to wind up hating the color cornflower blue.
Grodd: "Hell. No."
Aww I enjoyed Limitless! It was such a popcorn movie.
Chief, can this boat go down?
Like a rock, Sir!
Love Master and Commander - excellent soundtrack, excellent acting. I will watch that movie from whenever it's on to its conclusion every time.
See, I liked everything except the Hillary anger translator. I like the actress well enough, but the point of the anger translator is not to hold back. I felt like she didn't have a good anger vocabulary - Savannah got stuck in falsetto too quickly and stayed there.
I don't know - I am simultaneously repulsed and mesmerized by the Everett sketches. She simply exists in a different place.
I love Soule's work, and his She-Hulk run was great. I'm not sure if I'm on board with another dark, noir story. I hope he doesn't give up on DD's sense of play altogether.
Bought it, read it, and highly recommend it! I was hoping for some chuckles - which i got - and wound up learning quite a bit about our romantic inclinations as a society. It's an entertaining and educational summer read. Go get it right now!
What?! For the sake of MELODRAMA??!!
See I liked them, but I thought by the season finale they had gotten too broad - like they were just about caricatures of greed and cruelty. Especially Mrs. Putney - she turned into a schoolyard bully in the course of less than an episode.
I'll agree with the reviewer - I felt like the writers sensed a third season and felt like they had the liberty to go full depressing. I know it was a downer for me! Sembene doesn't even get a full eulogy, smug detective stays smug, everyone seems to assume that Vanessa is alright, even though they must know that…
I know she can't die, but I'm surprised she has no coagulates. A paper cut would be an eternal nightmare!
Or worse, they're all callbacks to the prequels *shudder*
(Timeline wise I doubt it, but wouldn't that be awful?)
Chewbaca's lines are just retreads lol
They haven't seen Clare do anything but work at painting and building waxworks - they assume he's just a freak with a weak soul.
It's the "Knick/Penny Dreadful" crossover we never knew we wanted!
Well she thinks she is immortal now - and if Dorian can't die either, they'll cut some serious mayhem.
Clare killed Van Helsing because he was angry that Victor wasn't helping Clare fast enough. It was almost the worst reason for killing a potentially great character.
