I have a story! That will totally dox me if anyone I know is on here but anyway...

Botox is what allows me relief from my muscle spasms and migraines. It’s allowed me to have a life again and hopefully even go back to work. Right now we live on one paycheck (I lost my job due to migraines) and Botox is already $500 for a set of injections in my shoulders, neck, and head. I should get it three times

Oh wow I haven’t even heard of suppository meds for morning sickness. That must have been intense!

Thank you awesome person!

Thank you! And I love your username!

Ha! This is amazing! XD

Thank you!!!

Oooo that’s a good idea, thanks!

I am totally up for an epidural. My cousin had one and said she was smiling throughout the birth. Sign me up!!!!

Ginger is the best! Kind of burn-y, but the best <3

Ginger sucks are the best for me! All the little tricks we come up with to help stem the tide.

Thank you!

Sounds like a good plan! Good luck with the school bus, I remember how thrilling that was as a kid. They’re thrilled, you’re terrified, it’s the circle of life XD

Thank you! Also hey, you’re cool! I know you from your posts. Keep being awesome! :D

Thanks! Yeah I’m taking the second one you mentioned, so far still using the huge amount of free trial bottles the obgyn gave me. It really helps, brought my vomiting down from constant to once or twice a day.

Thank you! I have incredible exhaustion too, which is a good thing: I can sleep the pain away! I look forward to the no nausea/high energy they keep promising me in the second trimester.

I’ve heard your less likely to miscarry because the sickness means you have a ton of the healthy hormones in your body that are making your baby strong. So hopefully one of these is true! :-)

Ah yes, childbirth, the one thing that scares me almost even more than being solely responsible for a tiny human! I just keep telling myself every person in history exists because their mothers went thru it.

Thanks! Amazingly the old wives tale of sniffing a lemon when I’m at my worst actually does help! It’s good to know that I’m far from being the only one going thru this. :-)

I think when it’s over I’ll be all, “it wasn’t that bad” because that’s what people do. I want to carve into my own forehead now: Yes, it is that bad.
