I got confirmation from Alex Goy (who is in the Audi) that both cars were using launch control while they were testing.

yeah i just bought a 2015 audi s4 for the manual transmission two years ago and fucking love it but will be leaving audi for something else w/ a manual possibly m4 if the spun crank hub issue has been revised next year as I really love my manual. I am 30 years old.
