I am really, really hoping this means that you'll be interviewing the man who made me love the science of food, Mr. Alton Brown.

They're making fun of you on Woot, Jesus. You should get back at them by making fun of the lame mp3 player they're selling today.

Yeah, it's awesome... looking.

Looks to me like there's an interesting mix of white guys on there. Primarily older more conservative ones, coupled with an equal mix of hipsters and stoners. Tip number 1 is on point. I wonder if there's a mathematical proof for that.

I feel bad for the sysadmin whose responsibility is the "Bieber Servers." Poor guy must get no end of hell from everyone.

I never wanted you to die Kanye. In fact quite the opposite, you've been churning out hilarity for years. I hope you continue to make me laugh for years to come.

That is pretty excellent. I've already enjoyed it.

My teacher used a 5G Classic yesterday to play some music in class. Before I could stop myself I was thinking, "Why is this guy using that old piece of crap?" As I hastily shoved my iPhone 3g into my pocket, I remembered that in my office closet, I have a 5G classic with a 60GB drive in it. I have an 8GB iPhone.

So, does this mean that the AutoDesk Suite is coming to OS X?

As an IT guy, I can say that if they're pros, they won't look at anything you've got on your drive. Why should they care? My opinion is that if it's info that I need to know to perform my duties, I would know it already. Discretion is a big part of professionalism in this game.

@FriarNurgle: I'm not sure. I hope that the headline looks like this though: "Serial Burgler Uses Facebook Places as Alibi, Hilarity Ensues"

I use facebook places all the time. I check into places that I'm not actually at. Just this weekend I checked into the "Mental Hospital and Wellness Center" and the "Liquor Store" the next day. That's all the name of the business was. Liquor Store. Inventive right?

I'd be more curious to know how they're all going to the bathroom. 33 guys all stuck in a little tiny room and all the authorities send down is a little cup. How are they gonna send those back up without spilling?

How about you focus on making fglrx not crappy?

I've been doing this for about a month with Lucid Lynx as my host. I was able to get the sound working (kind of) in OS X. Still pretty bad, but it was more involved than I was originally led to believe. I had to update to 10.6.4, which is not very friendly with an AMD processor. But there's ways to get it to work.

Google Dictionary extension on Chrome says "No definition found" for Speedbook.

I'd like to see a side-by-side of Hulu Plus vs. Netflix. Especially since Netflix released their iPhone app today. Obviously, you get fresher stuff with Hulu, but is it that much more than Netflix has?

@MobileEMP: Forgive me for not recognizing Madison, WI immediately. Silly me reading "Capitol building" and thinking "Capitol Building."

After living in DC for a few months and watching the local news, I learned a few things. (As someone who grew up in the midwest, I may be more flighty than most of you big-city folks.)

That is awesome. I don't use a traditional landline, I use magicjack at home. Now I know what to replace that crappy old cordless I've got hooked up to it now with. A batphone! I'll always feel important answering that! And when I call for pizza it will always be an emergency!
