GDocs? Will not use that again. Ever. Messed up my Docx file one time I opened it to edit in Gdocs. All formatting was lost.

agreed

One word: Amen. Four more words: Welcome to the Future

And Zune wasn't misguided. It was late. You'd get gushing responses of how great Zune was as a music player (hd radio, smart dj, Zune pass) and how great the UI and hardware of the HD is.

You might havea problem if you find the OS hard to use (seen that video of the three year old using it?). If Sam had taken the time to really elaborate on Windows 8 Rt and it's benefits you would realize how it, makes iOS look and feel ancient as pointed out by other reviews. A lot of the flaws I bet will be fixed

If you take SAMs review seriously you might be akin to the kid with down syndrome

How will you say it's going to fail when it comes on every windows 8 version that people buy? Even if 8 puts up Vista numbers it will still be a success as devs will make apps for the platform

How should it fail when it's going to be on the laptops of everyone who gets windows 8, whether. RT or Pro? If it even garners Vista numbers it will be a success.

Sam just doesn't know how to touch type or possible even type properly. I've read about ten reviews tonight and none of them ranted like a madman about the typing experience on either o the covers. MSFT guys says it takes about 5 days to get in the groove.

Who the heck wants to work here? There are much better and more reputable places to use your akills

its technically not heavier than the iPad (see the specs). Sluggish response in some apps but the OS itself is fluid (sam overstates it compared to other sites). And the screen is low-res compared to iPad but that doesn't mean the experience is sucky. IE10 browsing and multitasking and snap trample on what iPad and

AHAHA

Hey @BrianBarrett! People have had hands-ons, including Mr. David Pierce of The Verge:

At the cost of these people being under even more stress than the past iPhones? Why don't you sign up to help manufacture it then? Because even in the state it is it's still not perfect (As the ability to easily scratch etc show).

Exactly! Pretty sure they're many ways to make a beautiful phone, that aren't so strenuous to those people

Sad. No one is even asking for such precision. All we're asking for is a beautiful and durable phone. Pretty sure they're many ways to accomplish that without making underprivileged people suffer even more

Nokia's been playing with this kind of tech in their labs for ages now. I wonder if and when they'll do anything with it.

ha Not a big deal though, even Apple advertises its iPhone on it. The majority of the world produces stuff on Windows computers so it's something similar there as well ;)

Dude it's not just plain ol' stitching. Just go and read about it on the website and you'll see.
