We used to have a drinking game with Michael Bay movies. One part was every time there was a 360 shot, we would take a shot. We were very drunk, very early on.

For some reason the post about Apollo 13 made me want to watch Armageddon. So here I am now, watching Armageddon. It’s streaming on Netflix in case anyone is interested.

I made the massive mistake of watching this at work. We almost had an issue. I cry at EVERYTHING, but most often at musicals or music in general. It’s the reason I avoid concerts. I wish I were kidding. I’m going to have to watch this in the privacy of my own home with a bottle of wine. Can’t risk it at the movie…

Completely agree. Dick was awesome. As much as I love Tom Hanks, I cannot stand Forrest Gump. It is long and boring. You want a good, long movie? Watch Mr. Holland’s Opus. Don’t @ me.

Just want to say, I moved right before the last presidential election and I called my new county phone number and they were insanely helpful. If you don’t know your new voting registration shit call them! They were amazing.

Me too! I was so upset when they phased it out. I kept going to different Starbucks in hopes that they still had it.

They used to have a creme de menthe that was AMAZING. used to regularly get mint fraps around 15 years ago that were fabulous. Unfortunately they discontinued it.

He reminds me of tom cruise i.e. Tom cruise in mission tom cruise starring Tom cruise stunts by tom cruise produced by Tom cruise. I can’t see any of these movies anymore without thinking that.  

Haha. We saw it as our “Jewish Christmas” movie that year. My dad and I couldn’t stop throwing looks at each other. Every walk down a hallway was an entire song.

American Hustle is a shit movie, so you probably just shouldn’t watch it anyway ;). (Also, I saw it in the theaters, longest, most boring movie ever).

The latter happened to me with Hayden Christensen. It took me walking three blocks to realize who it was.

I once yelled at Julia Stiles at a dive bar in the east village for attempting to take the booth I had been scoping out. She was so freaking nice. I apologized profusely, not because she was Julia Stiles, but because I shouldn’t have yelled at anyone.

My dad was a long time “regan Republican” until he finally realized he was a Democrat.
