I had a similar reaction. I also read it as her scapegoating her guilt over past actions for her current weight loss problems, and trying to ascribe additional meaning to something as simple as weight loss is hard because life is stressful, food is tasty, and working out is often not enjoyable.

Forgiveness doesn’t change what happened in the past and we’re only human: We’ll remember those bad times no matter how much we don’t want to.

Let’s not forget she cheated on him with his best friend. Her infidelity not only damaged their relationship, but also cost her husband a friendship that I can only assume was pretty important to him. It sounds like an incredibly traumatizing experience.

To be fair, given Fox’s viewership the meaning of the word “Darkness” in that context would likely hold a slightly different meaning.

I’m sure that her fall from grace will be softened by the cushy book deal and speaking gigs she will receive. I try to feel some satisfaction at seeing these people fall flat on their faces, but instead am saddened by the thought that they will not only suffer zero consequences for their abhorrent actions, but will

I, for one, would be happy to satisfy their curiosity. Blasting them out into space and sending them out the airlock without a helmet “distorting” their vision.

Also, Brissett had a sprained thumb during the bills loss, so it was an injured, third-string QB.

If I had to wager on it, I would bet that most people who are very gung-ho about going to war probably haven’t actually seen combat.

At least we will be able to make snow angels in the post-apocalyptic hellscape!

Does snow stay frozen during a nuclear winter? I mean… I know it will be cold, with the sun blotted out and such, but does radioactive fall out emit radiation in the form of heat?…

He was doing it before it was cool…

Either way you end up in your hotel room at a normal hour for sleep already exhausted, and promptly pass out. Your method does sound much more fun though!

There should be much steeper penalties for public servants who are found to be guilty of falsifying official reports and statements. Whatever penalties are enforced now are clearly not enough of a disincentive.

I’ve done this every time I’ve flown to Japan. Land around 8 or 9, get on a bus for an hour or so, and you’re in your hotel around 10 or 11pm ready for bed. Definitely helps.

So, so good.

I can’t speak to how much has gone back to forest, or the origins of the people up there voting Republican. Just stating, there’s still a lot of farmland in upstate NY. I grew up in Massachusetts, and it seems like more of the farmland in areas like western MA has been converted into towns/suburbs, where NY’s farm

Much of NY is still farmland, you just need to drive north and west. That is also the part of the state that votes republican.

I think everything you are saying completely makes sense, and to be clear, my intent was not to be critical of you or your original point. Just stating that it’s funny how talking heads make it out to be an easy task to defend against the Patriots’ offense, “Yeah, just go and replicate these historically amazing

“Hey, what if we try to emulate how we beat the Pats in 2011 and how the Giants, Ravens, and Broncos have beaten them, and how the Texans frustrated them last week?”

He supposedly fied Lewandowski for sleeping with Hope Hicks - someone he’d supposedly put a “claim” on
