My shortlist for next car (next year?) is: ND, new BRZ/FRS, new GTI, maybe the 400z (or whatever it is called), and maybe the new WRX (though thats a bit further out).

The newest WRX uses a very different feeling transmission from past WRX’s and current model STI’s. It’s very vague all around, ditto for the clutch and the accelerator is nonlinear. I have owned the car for 5 years and it still feels odd.

Yeah, that NC 6-speed was quite a good feeling transmission. (Stares at WRX....)

But it is an MMO, and a very different game than mainline ES games.

A semi-stripper V6 Camaro with the 1LE package always seemed like a cool car to have on a short list, but at a cursory glance it seemed impossible to actually find one.

regarding the last paragraph: being able to just pick what I wanted on my WRX (not much) was such a godsend.

It is/was very funny to look at the “kinja top posts of all time” (like a few years ago) or something, and it was VERY clear what gets clicks around here (and everywhere).

Sorry, I was talking about developers, the people, who by and large create what we consider the “game”. It seems more and more common that these people are put on the PR front lines to absorb some community flack.

dev team doesn’t set prices probably. Someone who they are probably not going to put in front of a reddit AMA probably does.

its.. very interesting that everyone plays paragon. Maybe not completely surprising, but its weird considering “being evil” seemed to get more talk back in the days of metered-morality.

I mean, for the majority of competitive multiplayer games these days that have a shot in hell of making it: you just have skin purchasers support the gameplay development that “goes towards” everyone (including free players).
