The biggest difference between eating excessive Carbs vs Fats/Proteins: if you have extra carbs left over.. they get stored as fat. If you are in ketosis, the extra fat/protein just gets flushed away as waste since your body cannot directly store it.

The Boeing-Stearman PT-17 Kaydet (AKA Stearman Model 75). This is my favorite biplane ever! This thing can do some amazing things with the right pilot. It's a classic design. Even the color scheme is awesome! Though my love of this plane is directly because of John Mohr.

Disneyland is like the beta for Disney World.. Disney World is amazing! I've never been to DL, but from what i can tell, it is no where near as complete of an experience as WDW...especially if you are staying on property, its like its own country!

We have a theatre that serves beer wine AND cocktails! The floors may be sticky and the place smells a little .. but the movies are cheap and you get a table and can move the chairs around! They even have 2 for 1 Tuesdays

Back to school deals in full swing! I've always tried to purchase my Macs around back to school time. Either discounts, or free stuff..i think that you get a $100 app store card with purchase of a Mac directly from Apple. I've never had to prove student status buying from Apple either.
