Both situations involve a person who something wrong that in no way justifies what happened to them. Like, if you were going to assign blame, it should be 2% on them, and 98% on the goons who killed them.

Do you blame Eric Garner for trying to sell loosies?

The answer to all of the “why” questions here is “Jussie probably isn’t really very smart, and even if he were, it would be hard to cover all his bases”

Do not let go of Sam from GrapeJuice. First of all “For, sources say Smollett first received this chilling threat through the post..." is a FUCKED use of a comma. Second of all, is he on on this? Complicit?

It isn’t just about her child having done something against her beliefs. She says she has to “address family concerns that require [her] singular focus.” More likely than not she intends to support her son which would create a conflict of interest.

That was my question too. The LA Times Article has a source saying it’s because she is actively involved in steps to defend her son. I can see why that would be a problem for an organization with a core belief that the victim should always be believed.

I had no idea who this “Devon Sawa” person was, and I think I saw both of those movies you listed (although I haven’t seen Uncle Buck).

You’re on here too bitch.

If people think entire groups of people are not to be believed based upon the actions of one person than that says more about their biases and prejudices.

At this point, I really want to know what / if the manager actually heard anything, if the manager was lying to cover for his client, or if the manager heard the Nigerian brothers fake-shouting MAGA stuff.

Actually, I want this story to die, but before it does, I want to know about the manager.

Taking money and not delivering services is fraud. I’m sure they pay off the promoter and charges get dropped either way, but when you tell little old ladies you’re going to build them a new bathroom for $17,000 and you never deliver, you deserve to go to jail. It’s all the same legal protection.

Richard Silver copyrighted the Electric Slide, but he mainly seemed to be pissed off that what came to be called “The Electric Slide” was missing steps from his original. He’d go up to people at weddings and tell them off for doing it wrong, and launch DMCA takedown notices for YouTube vids that didn’t have all the

I believe them. Who doesn’t believe them? What black woman PhD holding, college professor is going to come out of the woodwork 15 years after the fact to sabotage the career of the black Lieutenant Governor of Virginia with the account of an event she was verifiably present for, if it’s not true?

There’s a pretty big difference between “winning your freedom” and being rich enough to easily afford bond. If only we cared as much about the immigrants who are being served death sentences because those in charge want to blissfully ignore their pleas for asylum. But yeah. Let’s cry more outrage over the poor little

Heh did this get linked from another article today?

I was on the bus sitting in the front facing the other row and an older woman slyly popped out her tit and waved it at me. I was so shocked I didn’t know what to do. I thought she was just smiling at me but NOPE, nutso boob flasher.

Kinda gross but not really as bad as some of the other stories. Really more like a gross, surreal, dream-like, wtf, moment.

I used to ride public transit so much that all the bad smells and inconveniences have sort of blended together at this point. I thought of myself as being pretty numb to the horribleness of it all. One day though, a man sat down next to me on a crowded bus in dirty, smelly clothes holding his backpack in front of him.

The right time? Dr. Tyson went to the Washington Post with her story LAST YEAR.

I love Marina Sirtis but a lot of Troi’s Betazoid “insights” were so obvious it made me wonder what the hell she was actually useful for.
