All airlines are subsidised by the government. If they had to build their own airports, pay full prices for air traffic control, security screening, and other facilities, they’d all fail.
Yes, and I would trudeau him on a train.
I called it bullying MANY times in this thread.
Interesting, I hadn't heard of that, do you know if it is still available in other countries?
Same here! This was my gift to myself for my 35th birthday. (Even though insurance covered every penny.) I have never had a single problem, thankfully. But I, too, wanted something completely permanent, nothing like an IUD. So it would have been this or a tubal, and that would have been a much bigger deal.

It’s too bad that we don’t have a much safer semi-permanent sterilization/birth control option that requires no surgery, can be left in for 10+ years or removed easily if necessary due to side effects, that is cheap, and has been used by millions if not billions of women worldwide. Oh wait. It's called an IUD.
I can cite so many examples of this, but my favorite was the male attorney who asks me to fix the copy machine when it jams. It took me years to finally come up with the proper response, "Ray, I went to the same law school as you, and they still don't offer any office equipment repair classes."
