Last nice was bacon wrapped dates and goat cheese. Tonight is Brussels sprouts and bacon in the air fryer bc it’s hot.

I made lamb steaks, roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon, and semi-pearled Farro with mushrooms. So tasty!

Oh! I did make dates stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in apple wood smoked bacon this week. It's my favorite comfort food.
