I thought the story was better than the first, even though the first story had a gut punch of an ending. That being said, the first game had more polish IMO. I don’t know if it was just the PS4 version, but this game has some serious bugs. I encountered a lot of audio bugs where the voice clips wouldn’t play during

Not every show need everything to be deeply connected from episode to episode. Not having greater ambitions isn’t a show problem. Your putting some sort of expectations on the show and that is not the shows fault.

I think it’s fair to hold Kotaku to a slightly different standard than GMG websites as a whole, though: the entire purpose of, say, Jezebel, or the Root, is to be political, and I don’t think you can say the same for Kotaku. I also think it’s fair to hold different types of articles to different standards; to hold a

As someone who’s legitimately excited about a Biden presidency, the notion that having ‘a different old white man sitting behind the Resolute desk’ would somehow make the ‘worst people’ ‘go away’ is... a bit much to take in a PS5 review. And kind of creepy, honestly. I’m not saying there’s no reason to feel that way,

Man, first your article about Biden’s Animal Crossing island, and now this.

Preaching incrementalism while the building is burning down around you, and arguing over whether to use the expired fire extinguisher on the corner, or maybe call the fire department, isn’t dignified statecraft at work.

Ian is an assclown

His second paragraph is the MOST correct.

Biden's coalition isn't nearly as fragile as Ian's ego here.

Look...Ian...I mean this in the nicest way possible, and I say this as a fellow progressive who has tried to get people to vote for Bernie twice in a row, and this isn’t directed at you specifically but at the group you are currently representing with this article...but please, shut the fuck up.

Hey Siri, how do you unread an article?

Oh, for... This is a ridiculous article.

The Biden campaign made a cheery and silly Animal Crossing island. It’s neat. It will change few minds (and it shouldn’t) but it’s a nice, silly diversion.

I’m sorry you’re tired (we all are, because Holy Shit this administration) but this whole article is like a festival of

“Everyone is happy instead of being stuck in a constant cycle of uncertainty and fear. Neighbors can hold conversations without spending the next two weeks worrying about every cough.”

I just found my library gives access to it on Kanopy.

I’m not sure what to make of these accusations, but I do think the OP did a good job of outlining a few reasons why maybe that comparison isn’t quite so reasonable.

Picking up where Splinter left off with the Bernie worshiping, Biden bashing, and ignoring Liz Warren.

Wait, all of a sudden *now* we’re going to keep track of and care about people at the highest levels of gov’t making insane statements, or gibberish...?

Oh my god please won’t somebody vote for Elizabeth Warren. I mean, she got Chris Matthews fired.

Now, in Trump’s America, public transport costs a nickel, and in my day, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on ‘em. ‘Gimme five bees for a quarter’, you’d say. Now, where was I? Oh yes, the important thing is that I’ll give everyone an onion on their belts, which was the style back in my time. You can’t have white
