Jesus Christ this is a condescending post. Sinead O’Conner has had 20 years of professional help. For many people mental illness is a life sentence. So your assertion that “it works” is both a lie and a slap in the face to people who aren’t going to ever permanently recover.

I’m still pissed about all the actresses that gave a standing ovation at the Oscars to Polanski. His rape of a 13 year old has been public knowledge for decades.

I’m disappointed that any human being works with him in any capacity.

It’s so disappointing to me that actresses that I otherwise respect/admire keep working with a man that molested his daughters - and it’s been public knowledge for decades. It feels like a kind of betrayal.
