The flattened notch was much better looking.  It’s a little detail, but it makes them look a lot less dated than the pointy wave notch.

I can never look at a GMT800 truck and NOT see the ugly metal trapezoid through the grille. It’s all I see. They should have painted it matte black or something to avoid reflection.

The revised E46 front is more or less universally less attractive than the original E46 front. So this seems like a really weird move. “Hey remember when we made the E46 ugly?”

What a strange design element to choose for an homage. The front end just looks horrid to me, though — and I mean that in the objective sense, like nothing is hidden and I’m looking at a trainwreck of radar, radiator supports, and that generic/cheap honeycomb grille that everyone is using now.

If my dog made the face of the 325ti, I would get a plastic bag, some rubber gloves and some bleach.  Cause I know what I’m going to find somewhere in the living room.

This would make a hilarious parody movie or short.
