Swedish Fish are the best candy for movies.  And then Gobstoppers.  Reeses Pieces are rad too.

Im surprised the cops didnt bust in there and confiscate all the plastic cutlery for those pancakes.

I was an early Blue Apron user. We did it for at least a few years before we had kids. In general it was good but at least one meal a week was meh and back then it wasn’t really possible to swap so you ended up eating a lot of cod. With young kids we have gotten back in to the rhythm of preplanning our own meals and

Damn near zero. Its too much of a pain in the ass. Mainly with getting rid of the oil. At one point we had a fancy deep fryer we inherited but it was a pain to clean so we switched to a fry daddy and that was still a bitch so now if I need it its oil in a pot but that’s few and far between.

I personally love this craze.  That edge is amazing and to be honest Little Ceasars does a great job at giving you a Pizza with an edge that looks like the ads.

This sounds hideous. Cabonated coffee seems like a bad idea.  I dont think Ill try this one.

The biscuit is pretty safe but food and pave don’t mix well. I spent a lot of time getting my wife’s ring together and made sure that thing sparkled when she got it.

Great article.

I’m going to play devil’s advocate here. I’m not against the vaccine but you bring up some points that to me are actual red flags in the greater conversation that I don’t think we’ll ever see on an ad campaign.

I remember in the 90s McDonalds running dirt cheap campaigns for hamburgers and cheeseburgers. I think it was 30 cent hamburgers and 40 cent cheeseburgers or something.  We ate a lot of those that year.

Raising the minimum wage wont bring 38 dollar burritos but it will mean that fewer people will be on hand to make your 5 dollar burritos when companies use less workers to keep costs in check.

Can someone point me to someone else who doesn’t know about COVID vaccine. Not to sound harsh but COVID vaccine awareness is just throwing away money. It would be better served funding distribution efforts or funding copays for people. I mean they can do what they want with their money but everyone already knows about

Damn.  I might make that a copypasta for the future.  Solid sourcing and footnotes.  Kinja is lame on Opera browser and wont et me star you but you deserve one.

Art sales are an easy avenue for money laundering since there’s no hard value or cost to any of it. Obviously rare and old art is expensive due to to the old rare nature of it but Im always weary of any modern art sold for high value, especially rally low effort stuff like that banana taped to the wall.

Ranch on wings is crap.  Blue cheese is superior for the task. Also as a sald dressing.  Blue cheese is pretty much always better.

Actually not carrying around a bunch of extra weight does lower my risk for a myriad of diseases. Obesity related issues will kill far more people this year than anything COVID. Heart disease, Diabetes, Kidney Disease and more. Those are all largely preventable by maintaining a healthy weight.

Ill go against the grain and say that I use calorie counting on a regular basis to keep my weight in check. I sit a lot at work and at home. I dont nearly get enough exercise and to top it off I’m pretty close to those dreaded 40s so my metabolism isn’t quite what it used to. I don’t go as low as 1200 on a regular

Why do I want to make fake beef part of my regular diet? I have real beef. I have no problems with eating vegetables or even eating meals that contain no meat but its a bit silly to me to pay more for a product trying to mimic another product while being as bad or more unhealthy than the original version.  So yeah

use www.thetakeout.com/latest.  I just changed mine as well.

I have managed to keep coffee at bay in my life. Its gross by itself and I don’t really like to drink my desserts (except milkshakes) so its a waste of calories for me. That said a good bonus to not consuming coffee is that when I do need caffeine it works quite well at jazzing me up. And its free at work because
