Your implying a bunch of stuff I didn’t write. I never touched on the effectiveness of masks and rules. The author wrote:

Cool maybe it will be out before the SARs vaccine they’ve had a million trials on and have been unsuccessful for the last decade or so. I wont hold my breath waiting though.
The statistics don’t warrant a personal worry for ICU treatment. I’m not in a high risk demographic. Furthermore I go to work everyday and have been going in since this thing started. We wear a mask and distance when we can and don’t come in sick. To date we’ve kept all our sites open and kept all our people working…
Ahh but designing with batteries in mind will eliminate some weight while adding other weight. Using an EV they can obviously remove a lot of the current drive train and likely remove a bunch of sound deadening. It will for sure be heavier but no one cares about weight in that class anyways. Plus as torquey as…
I’m not saying it is. I drive a Model 3 Performance myself as its the best overall EV IMO. I just think that the big luxury sedan market is a great market to use EVs. Its a demographic willing to spend a bunch and a platform thats very forgiving to place larger batteries and motors. Plus the driving characteristics of…
2nd gear: People are coming out from isolation so of course cases are going to go up. Places like CA are going up too and they locked down plenty early and are wearing masks and following all the rules.
4th Gear: I am honestly shocked that the big 3 luxos haven’t made Electric S/7/A8s yet. Its the perfect application for smooth torquey power delivery with a quiet ride. Plus the large size gives plenty of room for battery and more importantly plenty of room for profit margin.
1st Gear: Hows the Sierra doing? That thing is a monstrosity now. Especially in Denali trim.
That sounds pretty rad. What board games are you playing? I’m trying to fire up Gloomhaven sessions with a friend again so we can power through before Frosthaven drops next year. Other than that I picked up a bunch of soloable games over the pandemic. I still have no idea how anyone can beat Thunderbirds actually…
I finally ordered a real pina colada about 2 years ago. I don’t care what people think when they see a grown man holding one. They are delicious. Also, shout out to lava flows made at Dukes. Always get the rum floater.
Well have a great staycation. There’s still a bit of joy to be had in not having to go to work for a few weeks.
This is a shame as the Continental was a great looking car. The door handles were very nice in my opinion and it has a nice large presence while still rounding things out. I think if they could have worked those suicide doors into the affordable version they would have go a lot more attention in the marketplace but…
Do all the cars now.
This is a good move. They should in house motors for their price point and targeted demographic.
Not a top trim and that turbo will probably fail on the second owner too. Also the infotainment was pretty bad on these ones. Not worth the headaches although the design aged well and still looks great.
Sales are for sure down but Im more interested in profit. Remember how with the new Silverado they were selling less but making more. Right about now that would seem like a great move. Similarly anyone focused on profits at lower volume should be faring better on the accounting side of things.
I’m fine with censoring as long as the platforms are labeled as publishers and treated accordingly. You cant go around censoring and claiming to be a platform of free speech. If you want to control your content then you are liable for your content.
I’m rocking a set of Shuns for about a decade with only using the honing stick. I‘ll get them fully sharpened some day but I kinda want a nice set of super blue carbon steel knives as my end game.
Ive been saying these things are great for years. I started with a wood one that unfortunately took a spill and the trim on the grind adjuster broke off. I then found the stainless steel models and now one one for pepper which is heavily used and one for salt that basically just sits on the shelf. They grind well…
Whatever. You do you and keep on looking the other way while minorities are self destructing in the name of being a good progressive. Lets pretend that the same clinics they go to to have their babies dismembered and removed don’t hand out free condoms like candy.
