What else could they have said? “Unnamed film suspends production for unnamed reason”?
What else could they have said? “Unnamed film suspends production for unnamed reason”?
Ha, probably. “Save me from myself!”
In what way? Clickbaity bullshit always rubs me the wrong way as well, but this is Ansari’s project, and production was suspended over an unspecified complaint. That’s what the headline says.
Once I found out that, due to existing carriage contracts, CNN+ could not live or breaking news coverage, I questioned why they invested anything in this endeavor to begin with rather than try leveraging the CNN brand for docuseries that could be launched on their existing streaming platform. But I guess that’s why…
Eh, they presented it the same way Hollywood Reporter did, but to AV’s credit they at least addressed that it wasn’t related to Ansari in the subheader.
Honestly it’s kinda another miracle for the MCU that none of the main actors have any real issues like this. Sure RDJ has his past but they knew that going in and Iron Man was part of his redemption arc. But other then that they are all seem fairly okay people. Chris Pratt being the only one with any baggage and…
Yeah, I was watching thinking, “I want to like this, but I’m not sure if I do.” At least it got interesting at the end.
This may end up being a cheat, but note after Marc breaks out of the Harrow (?) session, the camera stays in there for a beat; it’s omniscient, not Marc POV. We see whoever-Hawke-is-right-now asking the orderly “Are you OK”, and then remaining in that character for a second after the guy runs after Marc. As I say,…
wow, that is a weird ass thing. sure, it isn’t a documentary but why would you do something so factually weird?
Quirked-up white They, with a little bit of swag, busts it down felony assault style...is he boofed on the sauce?
I’ve actually never seen it, so on the list it goes. True LOL comedies are in precious supply.
FSM is one of my favorite comedies of the last 20 years, especially the bonkers unrated version. Makes me happy that it’s in regular cable rotation these days.
Highly unlikely.
Probably got fired for outfit-tracking.
I mean... you realize this is an argument that has no real tangible outcome to it right? You can keep claiming one thing and getting triggered when someone opposes that but you realize neither of you can win this argument because you’d need to hear collectively from every individual who bought a ticket (or didn’t buy…
I know it’s too early for Oscar speculation but I think Poopies is a lock for next year’s Best Supporting Actor for his captivating work in the motion picture Jackass Forever.
There was a plot beat that drove me absolutely nuts in this episode, especially since there was no even lip service level attempt at explaining it.
That trial of the gods scene was so damn stupid and ultimately unnecessary that I still keep cracking up about it.
“Those of you who saw Moonstruck, and have otherwise failed to absorb any pop culture in the last half century, might be interested to know that Cher has also had some success as a singer.”
Telling a concise story doesn’t mean that it’s content filler. It’s a lot more interesting to get a relatively short story about a new, interesting character than to get a side story for a random Avengers C-lister.
