Hey, at least the McLaren is orange this year. That’s something, right?

I had a 2013 WRX in bright orange with the license plate RED+YLO
The original RUF CTR Yellowbird can be described as a lot of things, but I don’t think trash is one of them.
Accurate username is accurate. 10/10 would misspell again.
When you buy an MR2 Sypder, google snap oversteer before you’re dumb and take it out in the rain on bald tires. Also, check the tires on that car as soon as you get it, you’re lucky you didn’t hurt yourself.
Look, from a technical perspective I get the whole “rear engine doesn’t work thing” but Porsche have been killing it for decades and their handling has made them what they are today so I think I’m gonna give them a brake.
When I heard that RUF was going to be doing their own bespoke car, I was really hoping it would be some kind of evolution of the CTR3. It took me a few seconds to get behind the retro look, but I really dig it. All of the awesomeness of the original Yellowbird with a modern chassis, suspension, and brakes sounds like…
Thanks for the reply!
What advantages does this have over a 2016 STi or something similar?
Well that’s just dumb. I love when car companies make weird niche cars, one of the reasons the murano crosscabriolet is one of my favorites.
So many performance cars these days are crazy aggressive looking (I’m looking at you Aventador SV), I really appreciate the softer curves on this one.

The old Z/28 had carbon-ceramic rotors actually http://jalopnik.com/the-camaro-z-28s-brakes-were-so-strong-they-twisted-th-1543701866
Thank you. Some people just want a comfy, reliable, fast car. I’ve driven my STi across the entire country, through the desert and blizzards and I’m gonna be taking it to the track soon.
