The Fox television network couldn't have a confusing prime time lineup if it tried.

Perhaps not surprisingly, but the CGI Tarkin works a lot better on a TV than it did on a movie screen.
That's fair - I really liked all the Jedha stuff, especially everything that happens before they all get taken to Saw Guerrera. And Krennic really works for me as a villain.
I'm sorry it was a disappointment to you. I was anticipating a letdown, and was really enthralled the whole time. The small details helped tie it all together and give it the right feel for me.
I think a lot of it had to do with the small details they paid attention to - like using X-wing pilot footage left over from New Hope in the climax of Rogue One.
I'm looking forward to this going horribly for him.
I mean, it's good I guess that he's said this on the record, but no shit the job is harder than he thought. I'll never forget him sitting in the Oval Office the day after the election with the shell-shocked look on his face.
Wut? Paul Rudd is a national treasure.

I'm hanging my hat on the fact that the FBI doesn't work for Congress, and might just arrest the entirety of the west wing one of these days.
This is our most desperate hour. Help me, cool step-dad Tim Kaine, you're my only hope.
I like The Spy Who Loved Me, because at least the Bond/Anya stuff has some tension to it, and the action scenes are cool.
The biggest problem with Moonraker is not that they go to outer space, it's that there are zero stakes in the movie. Bond might as well be on vacation throughout the whole thing. There isn't any moment that feels like a conflict, even superficially.
Sounds like he's not the easiest to work with, and not particularly interested in being in other people's movies.
The second one is ok, and the third one is pretty weak, but each one has some decent gags.
