What's one step past jumping the shark? Is it lighting the shark on fire? I think that's what happened here.

Who's dumber, the President or all the white dudes on Fox News who can't stop kissing his ass?
Worse than what's happening to the party right now?
What I don't understand is this: Republicans are going to get that with Mike Pence, and they won't have any of the drama. Why are they prolonging this? (And to be clear, I'm as far from a fan as Mike Pence as one can be. He's just not posing a threat to our very system of government.)
I think you might have something here - he can put all the statues he wants in Donald J. Trump State Park in downstate New York (https://en.wikipedia.org/wi…. He can have the statues for free, and in exchange, he stops being President and we all never speak of any of this again.
The White House Communications director was hired essentially because the President's daughter likes her. That's only like the 400th most horrible thing he's done today.
I get the sense that P&W are good at two things: thinking up action set pieces and turning in the type of script the Broccoli/Wilsons want. A Bond film lives and dies by whoever does a polish on the script: Paul Haggis=good; John Logan=not good.
I think it's going to be called "Shatterhand" - a reference to the original You Only Live Twice novel.
"Well, nobody's perfect" is classic Sorkinese. And I don't care - this movie looks good.
And has gone on the record saying that he wouldn't do it again.
There's no way this is a real movie. Nice try AV Club.
I have a friend from college who works backstage on this show. She posted a picture with him on Instagram this morning and I just felt cooler by proxy.
THAT would have been a great ending. Two people who aren't Josh Radnor and Cristin Milioti show up and scare off Bob Saget, who has been holding their children hostage for hours.
A lot of people point to that being a great dramatic moment, but I never liked it. They invented this characterization of Marshall and his father's relationship that was unmentioned before that, and the countdown thing was distracting. Jason Segal did some good acting, but it was an unearned moment.
"Dad, did you say that Barney and Robin actually got married? And divorced like 10 minutes later? And mom's dead? That's not right at all."
Plot twist - the spinoff begins at the end of How I Met Your Mother Season 8 and they just redo the entire ninth season.
Ugh. Must we?
I have a Kinja account that I started with a Twitter handle that is no longer active. I have no clue what my password is.
I mean, there are a number of reasons why Hillary "lost."
There's a lot of vitriol about Pratt's dumb Republican-ish comments (which he apologized for almost immediately), and a lot of talk about how terrible they both are because they once gave away their cat or something.
