Quality clothes in general, I would say. As long as you don't buy styles with a few-month expiry date, well-made items can last a very long time, especially things like coats or hats but I even have quite a few shirts over five years old. Buying cheap stuff that's worn out in a year or two is false economy.
I'd buy/edit enough clothes for two weeks worth of laundry (nice to have a backup), but I think some of those core wardrobe items can be reworn, e.g., jeans.
