I’m no expert, but it’s almost as if a person were looking for a solid axle, 2-door, removable hard top, manually selected 4x4 Bronco, they should go purchase one. I did, a couple of times. They look like this:

i think this is a realistic rendition of what it would look like. personally i like it. the bronco purists will get butt hurt unless it looks identical to the photo in the article.
Give it a more square roofline and a 36gallon tank from the F150 and I’d buy it.
Called it. Here is your next bronco America
Seriously, you expected something else??? They are just names being slapped on to vehicles built to hit an established market segment, nothing more.
Definitely NOT a good idea to be leaving keys in an unattended car.
SJ’s had both the Wagoneer and Cherokee nameplate until 83, when both nameplates were switched to the new downsized unibody SUV from Jeep. The Sj then got the Grand Wagoneer nameplate, and lost the 2 door version.
You can get a bare bones Colorado for ~20k and it can tow a little over two tons. With the amount of metal in a truck and modern safety standards that’s probably the best it will get.
You’re talking about the Honda Ridgeline in a nut shell. Time will tell if those can carve out a decent place in the market without pretending to be something they are not. It’s a “lifestyle truck” for someone that wants to haul mulch from Home Depot and they don’t care if can’t fit a full sheet of plywood in the…
I like and miss the mini-truck craze America had as much as the next guy, but let’s be honest. Most late 90's mini-trucks were paper mâchè toys with weezy four bangers that did zero to sixty... maybe and could haul a bag of mulch without bottoming out.
Ford, just take note of what the Aussie dealers have been doing for the Ranger Wildtrak...
Plymouth BrEEzE?
I think E-agle might work better.
Im pretty sure the Everest is what we’ll end up getting...not that its a bad thing; its body on frame, its got low range, its got a solid rear axle with locker option (and a watts link!)...clean up some body work and it would be an American 4runner.
ET Cruiser, FurE, E-liant...
No one in the US will work 9+ hour days, 6 days a week, no benefits... for $3,000-5,000/year.
Americans and Robots are still way too expensive compared...
If you want to predict the future, look at the past. If Trump does build a border wall and impose stiff tariffs on Mexican car imports, I think it’s obvious what’s going to happen. What happened when a fence was put up along parts of the Texas/Mexico border? Did the drug cartels give up and go home? No, they built…
“Gee Brain, what’ll we do tonight?”
3a. Burn the Ferrari and collect the insurance agreed value claim.
its their parents money. they have a video where they say they started with a lemonade stand and moved on to flipping thrift store finds and eventually stocks. other youtubers have called them out on how its not possible to make those gains using stocks so quickly. i met the kid on the right at a car meet and he…
