Shifting isn’t the hard part (I’m left handed, so maybe that made it a bit easier), the “difficult thing to me, when going back and forth between LHD and RHD is turn signals and wipers. Signaling a turn with your wipers really isn’t all that helpful.
I am British, and yeah I’d never buy one of these in the US. In the UK, this car would be about a third of the price, and I’d strongly consider it.
Also don’t underestimate how monumentally slow this will be - that’s probably a 60HP lump under the bonnet (hood).

mmm, trays. The bed on this render sure doesn’t look like its good for much gear, but it’s still better than the current nook for cargo. Hopefully the payload is up to the task.
I agree. If I want to get rid of a car after a few months I’ve made a wrong choice. Would rather ride stuff until the wheels fall off, and take care of them so they don’t.
Exactly! Fucking horrible riding & handling things back then. A 3 hour drive in my 84 was exhausting.

When I was a kid in the ‘70's, Dad got a new F-150 (maybe F-100 at that time) Crew cab, 8 ft box with a 360 in it. It was a total pig on gas, and made about 150 hp. At that time any truck making 150 hp was a big deal. He sold it after a year because of the horrible mileage. I’m now driving a 2016 Ram 1500 with the 5.7…
