i need to see the math on this one. roughly a thousand miles a day in an electric car? 300 - 380 miles of range on a mach-e. 10hrs to charge at a ford dealer. 45 minutes to recover 70% range on a 150kw charger....

the engine was quoted to make 250 HP with forced induction and 120 HP in stock config. but because its a radial you could theoretically stack the motors into a 6 cyl configuration. i wouldnt trust the vw gear box to carry that weight.

ive bent many ford and gm tailgates with too much weight. i dont think ive ever seen a call out for what the actual load rating is. ive even bent the bulkhead.

my vote is any diesel pickup truck. youll need an engineering degree, journeyman’s liense, and pluming expertise just to be able to start a diagnoses
