It’s hurting collaborations with partner countries too. Even stuff most people can get behind or at least have few strong feelings about.

Primary Research Fisheries Biologist project sponsor at NOAA on a project I’ve been working on: ‘Maybe I’ll be at work next week; if not I have no idea how we’ll get out of this, I don’t know what to expect at all any more’

Mission Accomplished

That’s exactly right. It’s the old, quashing the investigation.

...a vital airborne campaign needed to calibrate the satellite faces mounting delays due to the U.S. government shutdown...

How many vital services have been impaired by The Donald’s whining over his “wall”? TSA agents are staying home and calling in sick because they haven’t been paid, and can’t even afford the gas to drive to work (which they won’t get paid for). How many healthcare funds are drying up (and sick people are dying) because

In fairness, I do write about our dystopian present, as the death threats from Trump supporters in my inbox can attest.

Whew almost replied to ya. Something like “Dumbass, why are you calling me an idiot when you’re agreeing with me?” But then I remembered, looked your history (whoa lot of goat fucking in that for some reason), and decided to dismiss you instead.  Bye.

Someone pointed out that they don’t give everybody the same test anyway. Checks out with what I remember too. So either the proctors fucked up, or whoever is saying she cheated is using false evidence.

Note how theres no mention of Ms. Campbell being offered to take the test a third time.

This is great. Not only do these changes help keep poor black people from being funneled into the prison system and the scam that is cash bail, but it also helps save the county money because they’re spending less resources prosecuting petty ass crimes.

I thought it was telling that they stated that they don’t cancel scores based solely on changes to the score. So they obviously noted that this student improved their score significantly, then looked into her, discovering that she was a black girl, and then decided that she must have cheated. They stated themselves tha

Thank you! That episode was funny af. I say that as a white teacher who has worked in nonwhite communities for years. Can’t ever take myself too damn seriously.

I’m replying to the grey not you. Jackass they make sure that you don’t have the same copy of the test as the people sitting close to you. I’m 40 years old and remember that. Then when my niece took it two years ago, the shit ain’t changed. It’s damn near impossible to cheat that way because the questions are in

Was that part in the movie? We watched that shit social studies, I don’t remember the SAT part.

The same answers as the students sitting around her....you mean...the correct answers?

There was a big scandal in the 80s when a bunch of Latinx kids in Los Angels got great SAT math scores and were accused of cheating. Many of them were forced to retake the test. Their scores held up. Google “Jaime Escalante.”

When we win according to their stacked rules, they change the rules.

This is what happens when parents don’t tell their children to stay out of grown folks business. The children grow into adults who don’t understand boundaries and end up being adult tattle-tales.

I’m going to argue this man was not “Rapping while black”. He was, at best, reciting while black. But really, he was just talking to his brother while relaxing in the back yard enjoying a nice day.

OK, I’ve never listened to Jay-Z, not a real aficiando of ‘the rap’ music’ since you all heckled Master Rhymer Vanilla Ice at the Grammys when he won for his epic and classic “Ice Ice Baby”. Sniff- excuse me a second.........
