I'm going through Dragonfall myself at the moment and it's a real treat. Excellent writing, characters and all around a much, much better game than Returns. These folks seem to really listen to the fanbase and their biggest concerns/suggestions which clearly showed going from Returns to Dragonfall.

Yeah yeah yeah the movie looks awful and all but let's answer the important question: do the theropod dinosaurs have feathers?

Thanks! The analogy was forged in the fires of my very persistent PC gamer friends continually trying to persuade me to join their ranks. However, no one holds a tinkering candle to my friends who knit: talk about constant and lengthy tending...

I enjoyed the trailer. But something didn't feel right. And I think I figured it out.

No higher authority than Roger Ebert said of the Turtles first 1990 outing:

Nope, she's dead wrong on this one. Harry and Hermione would have been a terrible match. Hermione always has to be the smartest person in the room and Harry is a thrill seeker and risk taker and Hermione's always nagging him for it. Ron could deflect Hermione with humor and had no problem with powerful women.

Rape! Such a taboo subject! Don't laugh! He said rape! Oh noes! Rape!

Hey, here's a joke:
Someone who types for a living is called a typist.
What do you call someone who raps for a living?
A MINORITY!

As with the LOTR films, the extended cuts are superior so far, and I anticipate that to be the case with Five Armies.

I saw all three movies back to back on Monday, and in that context the last movie made perfect sense. When you look at the character arc Bilbo, or Thorin take across the trilogy, it's absolutely heartbreaking. In a few hours I witnessed Thorin go from grateful and trusting in his company, to crazy and deceitful with

In all honesty, my initial knee jerk reaction to posts like this is to dismiss them entirely. There are very reasonable and practical reasons why this is not a single movie.

I'm probably in for a hiding here, but I disagree with the haters.

Jesus. I'm really sick of this "Single film" nonsense based on the number of pages. Lots of people don't have the slightest idea of how adaptations work, it seems to me.

People were giving the dev crap for taking off the hat but did anyone ever think he didn't want to get hair product on it? Personally I would take that hat and put it in a display. Also Roberta is such a classy lady.

In certain instances we absolutely use the same resources: power, water, air. The danger is only partially that the computers will intentionally destroy us, and much more probably that they will incidentally or accidentally destroy us. Less The Matrix, more gray goo (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grey_goo).

I love the Lord of the Rings books. I love the movies. I love the Hobbit movies too. Hating these films has become a nerd national past-time.

Surprisingly, because it's set in London, that's what everyone will look like in the next game, no glitches.

"I'm ready for another next gen adventure!"

Without the front half of the tubes.

It's been done before...
