This is the stupidest thing I have ever read.
The father of a good friend of mine died of ALS. So many people kept commenting on FB to her stupid shit like “get your dad to try coconut oil! it’ll cure his ALS!” She handed it with way more grace than I did. I would have told them all to fuck off and die choking on a jar of coconut oil.
Not taking antibiotics for a sinus infection is just common sense, since most of those are viral and abx won’t do shit for them. Antibiotic overuse is real.
Why does Bentobox Cucumberhead have to be in E V E R Y T H I N G. I’m so over him.
then maybe you should not be on this site AT WORK
Brienne is super effective against Hounds
me too. I was like OMG ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME WITH THIS SHIT AGAIN and then Brienne showed up and I’m like like YESSSSS
every other comment is “what about my boner”
Good. Maybe they’ll also hack off their hands and we don’t have to read any more of their nonsense.
Teachers do not have time to monitor the damn hallways. If they’re in the hallways, then who is monitoring the classrooms? Unless you want everyone to line up at the door and wait for the teacher like they’re in elementary school?
If you only took for 18 months it’s good that they didn’t let you go on pointe.
and I’m telling you that statisticians and just about anyone who does educational research will tell you that standardized testing DOES NOT ACTUALLY REPRESENT a valid measure of teacher effectiveness. And you’re all “but it’s all we have so why can’t we just use it anyway???” That’s like saying “well a hammer doesn’t…
Because it’s not the teacher’s union’s responsbility to decide guilt or innocence; it is their job to provide representation, period, (just like lawyers don’t decide guilt or innocence, but to represent their client) and the school district’s job to prove wrongdoing.
because teacher turnover has negative effects on student learning. there’s research, if you care to look it up.
that really, really depends on the state, town, and district. You’re just busy spreading misinformation all over this post and you are making these sweeping generalizations and assertions that multiple teachers are telling you are incorrect, and you just keep on going.
Yes, exactly. Also, “tenure” protects you when someone starts a rumor that you did something wrong but there is zero actual proof. Which is as it should be. No one should be fired for RUMORS, only for actual things that happen, and then after due process.
also, there is too goddamn much money going to Pearson. Follow the paper trail and it’s pretty easy to see that this entire testing racket is making a very few people very, VERY rich.
No, they aren’t effective. Please read up on the research by actual statisticians.
and you will have a constant churn of people tryig to get out of those schools. read up on the research and you will see that rapid teacher turnover is horrible for all students and especially horrible for students of color, poor students, and students with disabilities.
