I’m actually a registered independent and was a registered rebublican until about 8 months ago. I voted against Obama both times and think he sucks. But no recent president (or congressperson) has given a shit about NASA other than as a pork barrel money dispenser.

I don’t agree with the guy, but in the end, a democracy is a democracy and if you value a system where the people can have their say, then this just feels wrong.
