Lot of “YouTube comments on an old song” energy here
This is awesome. Some day in the future, humans may actually be able to see out of Camaros.
A corollary on test drives - it can be quite worth it to just rent the vehicle for a day before you buy. Test drives are necessarily limited and I’ve never seen one where they let you take it on an expressway and get it up to 80MPH. Yet that’s how I’m going to spend 1/2 my time driving it.
We rented a 2-door Wrangler for a couple of days, that was enough to convince that we don’t want own one.
The only reason to buy a Maserati is to announce to the world that you’ve got more money than sense.

Unfortunately there’s a lot of money to be made on people who are financially illiterate. A family member of mine had to go to credit training as part of her bankruptcy. They actually told her the best way to get back on her feet was to run up a large credit bill, and then make minimum payments over the course of many…
I agree. I’m mostly surprised by Mazda. If the Skyactiv-X engine is as good as they claim, it seems like they’d be able to meet California regulations with ease.
If nothing else, it has forced auto companies to put their chips down in terms of where they really stand on fuel economy issues. I expect customers who care about such things, an increasingly large portion of the population, will take notice.
