I taught at a school where the coach did in in a quarterfinal game in TRIPLE overtime. He was sick of trading scores and he went for two. They came up a few inches short. I respect those kinds of balls.

For how terrible he was earlier this year, and his benching? I mean, not much redemption, but the media doesn’t need much to go on. Also it would somehow prove that he was totally innocent from the HGH thing as well.

Yeah, that Chiefs team is loaded with talent. Even with a so-so QB in Alex Smith they could have been the team to beat. I was legit afraid of them heading into the playoffs. All he has to do is say to his OC or someone, if the game is close under 6 minutes you call plays.

Another argument I can accept. Both would be unbearable to me, I am personally getting behind Carolina. I want to see all the sportswriters heads explode when he dances his way to a Super Bowl.

I can actually name three starters for most teams, including losing ones, so I think I could. Also, they were pretty terrible in the 80s and 90s when I was rooting for them and damn those short Pete Carroll years.

He doesn’t have to. He just has to give up playcalling in crunch time. Plenty of great coaches give up playcalling. In fact, a lot of coaches give up playcalling.

Yeah when I say win, I mean Super Bowls. He is a fine coach to help build a team up to respectability, but after the respectability comes championships. He is bad at that part.

You’re welcome. I think he’s a great coach BTW. I just think he needs someone to handle a few small things and he could easily win a Super Bowl. For what it’s worth I was more afraid of the Chiefs than any other team in the AFC playoffs this year and thought they were going to lose on Saturday before the game started.

So he can win. I don’t know how else to word that.
