I feel like they are maybe doing too much. In all the clamouring for a FF7 remake I don’t think anyone was asking for two Blu Rays discs to get through Midgar. At this rate how many games / hours is it going to take to get through the entirety of the story? Would it not have made more sense to do a straight remake…

Oof, no gameplay footage at all. I think some of the clips we saw in the trailer were gameplay with the HUD removed, but it was hard to tell, and that doesn’t really bode well even with a demo for attendees.

The cycle of death for Movie-based video games has always disappointed me. I remember a brief window of time where I would leave a cinema and optimistically look forward to replaying it in game form.

Well, they have a gameplay demo in their BOOTH... I can’t even finish this sentence without being so angry I have to stop typing. I felt like I completely wasted my time watching the press conference of remasters, remakes, and re-releases for this one game they saved until the end and didn’t even show the actual game. 

Oh good, they limited the starting roster almost entirely to white male super heroes, so as a white male, I won’t be too intimated to play it. You can always rely on Marvel for that sort of comfort.

Was this really our first look at this game? It seemed more like our first look at some cutscenes. I was not hyped at all and that made me a little sad. I wanted to be excited
