Uvalde, TX, is a small town, only 15k population, and yet all the good ol’ boys there stood back while children were slaughtered. Got anything to say about that, Aldean?

Very true. I’ve seen some hardcore deaths that left the players irrationally upset to the point of breaking their own property in rage fits. (And, honestly, mobs that explode upon death are the #1 reason NOT to play Hardcore.)

Every patch should come with a free respec.

I thought this was brilliant, actually. Besides, nobody seems to be complaining about the CG-anime out there. Nor did people seem to complain about rotoscoped animation when it was popular (used by Disney and others, merely “tracing” over live actors as opposed to being drawn from scratch).

I knew this was going to bite Microsoft in their collective arse, and it's glorious. 🤣🤣

I met him at a con back in 2019 (I think?) in Vegas. A friend was his handler at the event. He’s a great guy. And he’s right, watch something else if you don’t like it. Frankly, I thought She-Hulk was funny and refreshing (mild retcon of her origin notwithstanding).

Never liked him, and I like him less and less every day.

Ooh, how about Transformers! That would make a great movie, if done right, and if they aren’t over-CGI’d indistinguishable jumbles of garbage. Maybe someone will make a Transformers movie, some day.

We’ve known Tiktok to be Chinese spyware since the day it came out. Twitter never should have discontinued Vine.

I thought The Great Suspender had fallen out of favor after being sold and reportedly turned into adware.

Still shite. They should never have given the reigns back to JJ Abrams.

I didn’t even like Prometheus or Alien: Covenant, it felt like a huge retcon regarding the Space Jockey and the origin of the xenomorphs, even if no previous canon was actually set.

Yep, it got too weird for me. It felt like it stopped being sci-fi and turned into a freaky supernatural show instead. Maybe that’s what they were going for, a supernatural sci-fi?

$200 would be much more reasonable for the bigger screen, battery, and memory. This is also their first generation Tensor chip, which means we're also paying a huge premium for in "untested" platform. It's infuriating that they pulled the Pixel 5 like they did, too.

Still waiting for the Pixel Watch.

Babbage’s was one of my first jobs out of high school. We had Nintendo and Sega games which Egghead didn’t carry. Electronics Boutique was our closest competitor, but they were only in the suburbs while my Babbage’s was downtown.

I remember it being played one time during a late-late movie in Chicago when I was a teen and apparently the person at the station who made the decision didn’t realize there was nudity in it.

The article is forgetting Amazon Prime, which has over 150 million subscribers, according to a Feb 2020 Business Insider article. It’s not just about free shipping, streaming is included (though not everything is free).

It sure would have been nice if Chrome had simply warned me before automatically closing all the tabs I had. This is hugely disappointing in many ways. I think what I’m most shocked about is that Microsoft identified it as malware in Edge before Google did.
