Agree. The TSA has not shown to show any useful function beyond theater. Their people are poorly trained and their tactics are clearly racist. Someone is making a boatload of money, though, so I guess they’re here to stay. 

Digging around court records, it looks like they originally filed soon after the incident, but the TSA argued that they (or their counsel) didn’t properly follow procedure and got it dismissed.

Anytime Congress tries to do ANYTHING for Black folks, it’s “reverse racism,” and pretty much everybody is on board with that except us. Remember when the Covid-19 relief bill was supposed to have money for Black farmers who were historically disenfranchised? Well that was reverse racism.
