I think it's just sloppily written (because: Jezebel), because I noticed that too. I was also put off by what seemed like an unnecessary mention of the Duggars in the title. It makes sense to mention it in the story later as a clarification of who he is, but the title seems made to sensationalize something that

This is pretty much True Detective, but without the murder - though the story is still brand-spanking new...

That would be incredible! I love when people are so obsessed they do things like that: A friend of mine actually once painted his jeep to look like the ones from Jurassic Park, complete with custom decals on the doors that were identical to the ones in the movie. Unfortunately he later married a woman who was not

This is what would happen to me if I got the Ghostbuster mobile.

Not necessarily. That may be your particular opinion of "love fails", but I believe love can fail for a variety of reasons. Love can be one-sided and so can its failure. You really can't classify such a broad emotion so narrowly.

These two are not mutually exclusive. Usually love fails as a result of one of the parties being an asshole.

It's always the same: something new and different causes people to freak out because they are forced to examine their own attitudes. Most people do not react well, unfortunately.

I cannot watch Girls because the characters are so fucking irritating, but I have to admit I love Lena Dunham. She is fearless and doesn't give a fuck what anyone says about her, I can't help but high-five that kind of confidence - especially on someone who isn't generally considered Hollywood-acceptable attractive

Yeah, I'm starting to fall into the Aziz Ansari "All Love Fails" camp myself.

Okay, that Aristocrats joke was well fucking played.

Lol, I must not have seen it then! I swear I've only just started noticing that it's popping up again, with Lupita Nyong'o's Oscar date and that pic of Kerry Washington's hubby. Not that it bothers me, mind you. Though I have noticed no one I've seen yet is committed enough to take it to Kid 'n' Play levels, which

I'm 35 - and I second everything you say here. Maybe I'm just an old soul, but I identify more with your sentiment than with most of the people who frequent and write for this site nowadays. Also: you are not old, you are mature and fabulous. ;)

Yeah, I won't be watching that LiLo show. I'm tired of Lohan pretending she gives a shit about recovering her life and career when it's really all an excuse for more attention, and annoyed at Oprah for pretending to "help" her in order to buoy her crappy network. If you need ratings, Oprah, show Law & Order reruns

You know that crossed my mind too. Does Cosmo expect you take time out to make the hole bigger so it fits better during the throes of passion? Or are we supposed to have donuts prepped for this? And assuming you are eating the extra donut, how the hell does one eat a donut starting with the hole, and keep the rest

You deserve all the stars for this.

"Slip a doughnut around his penis, and slowly eat it off."

Meh, I wouldn't call what she did racist so much as clueless and stupid.

If she's high it must not be the good shit... most high people are more chill than this, and probably the last thing they would want to do is talk politics.

Ah, fair enough. In that case, see my first sentence. People here can be somewhat, mmm, unaware of their own bullshit.

Lol if you think this isn't full of total fucking hypocrites when it comes to excusing their own nastiness and body-snarking when it comes to someone they don't like. (Though to be fair, where do they mention her looks in this article?)
