People. We need to stop getting upset about the Oscar's bullshit 'In Memoriam's. They mean nothing to anyone who actually knew these people, and someone will always get left out. There will always be someone unhappy because their person wasn't included, didn't get a bigger tribute, didn't get enough applause, etc.

Please let a Democrat introduce a bill that allows women forced to give birth thanks to strict anti-abortion laws that serve no purpose to sue politicians for 'birth regret'.

I see where Jaden gets his forehead wrinkling from...

I love Julie Delpy. What a great actress, writer, everything. She's awesome.

I get what you're saying but literally most winners do not deserve their Oscars because their performances tend to be shallow. Often a win is based on doing a "brave" role as Hollywood sees it: playing outside what they perceive to be your comfort zone, something that can often be as simple as altering one's

Tracie, when it comes to doing real honest-to-god news, I have become consistently impressed with your ability to really dig deep into a story. What an excellent piece of reporting here.

What I take exception to really is the generalization, as well as the idea that Jezebel readers don't understand that your

Mostly because Jezebel readers come from a certain group that doesn't know what it's like to be cornered to make certain 'choices' by your living conditions.

Are stretch marks still 'marks of glory' if you have them without ever giving birth?

Larry Wilmore is a goddamn national treasure

I love it when karma comes together.

I agree, don't get the hype. I was disappointed too because the promos looked really funny, but the show itself is boring as fuck.

Aw man, that picture is making me so teary. It reminds me when Jim Henson died and my local paper ran a cartoon of all the muppets sitting around Sesame Street and crying. :'(

I'm pretty sure you've completely missed my point.

Well done, can't even snark on the funny.

Ah yes, implying that we don't know what happened is holier-than-thou, I forgot how the internet works for 2 seconds. One would think there's a difference between reading gossip and acting like I know what happened, but whatevs.
