Choosing cheap paint is a crap shoot. Compared with other materials, it's the least expensive part of a room remodel, so it makes little sense to save a few dollars when cheap paint could cost you days of extra labor to correct unnecessary runs or poor coverage and flow.

Works fine for your basic can of tuna, but a big tomato can just started to shred it leaving metal shavings everywhere. The bigger, sturdier one with the better handle is totally worth it.

In a perfect world, all trash bags would be considered equal, but for whatever reason, the cheap bags are always complete junk. They rip apart, the ties don't work, and they're somehow never quite the size they're advertised to be. It's definitely worth the extra buck or two to get trash bags that'll actually contain…
