You can't be more specific about who he is???

Holy SHIT these fucking pop-up banner ads on the bottom of the screen are annoying.

I hope this anecdote makes you feel less alone: I am a classical musician. I play classical music. I like playing it.

I can relate- Wes Anderson is just too one-note for me, I think (and maybe it's more apparent because the thing that he's so well known for is visual composition?), Beyoncé was just never down my ally; I like a couple of her songs but, overall, it's nothing I haven't heard before or am never going to hear again

"Terrorist fist jab." That brings back some good memories.

Where did he go? :(

Well you don't have to cry to be emotionally engaged. I'd argue that in Ratatouille you just get so invested in Remy and his chef that you really want them to be happy

Alright, let's get to the important bits: who dies and how?

Is it just me, or do the voices on that Avatar clip sound really off (or has it just been that long since I've seen the show…)?

So the "bold move" is intruding the main character and then making her increasingly less relevant (accompanied with increasingly less screen time) as the film goes on? Or is it more psychological?

Tobey Maguire seems like such a normal guy

This title is misleading :(

Why do films that screen, in their entirety, at film festivals take so long to make it to theaters? They're clearly done and ready to be seen. Is it some kind of distribution thing? Aren't most of the films, by virtue of being made, already paired with a studio/distributor?

This is a surprisingly good trailer

Chappies was actually mainly practically done- Wired had a really interesting piece about how they 3D printed him and stuff

Pawn Sacrifice and Room look so good. I'm really looking forward to them.

Are they implying that Maisie Williams is playing the child version of River?

It surpasses the original as well as every other cover ever recorded

What a theory

I think they would! There's been so much interesting work with douchebag heros/super long redemptive arcs- it's totally hip now if your main character's a jerk
