Other reviewers have commented that one could bolt on the brakes and some other suspension bits from the Si to the Hybrid yourself and get the handling boost, although it still won’t be 100 percent.

Is the insurance industry going to price differentiate between the Si and Hybrid models?

What about the noise reducing wheels?  Did they make any difference?
