When will companies learn that most employees HATE the open concept. It’s cheap for the business and encourages micro-management... but it’s loud and off putting to people that need to focus for work, especially neurodivergent people like me.

Honest question: What is the difference between a Riot and Insurrection? Does every Riot where police try to stop the acts and get pushback qualify as Insurrection? I’ve seen a lot of “Riots” but this would be the first time I’m seeing common use of the term Insurrection. I don’t understand the difference.
