Honest question: What is the difference between a Riot and Insurrection? Does every Riot where police try to stop the acts and get pushback qualify as Insurrection? I’ve seen a lot of “Riots” but this would be the first time I’m seeing common use of the term Insurrection. I don’t understand the difference.

Depends on the company. I’ve worked in a few places that consistently promoted low performers into management to keep high performers doing more hands on work.

I was raised to be polite and to attempt to show concern for others (even through simple pleasantries like holding a door or saying bless you). If you’d just wear some sort of obvious “I’m a giant deuche” indicator, I’d not waste my energy on you.
