Don’t know about US cops, but our local police found the perps who cleaned out our apartment the same night and our stuff was returned the following day. They also got our car back the same night it was stolen.

My Samsung TV has the Steam Link app on it. I can set the computer to render the resolution and aspect ratio of the target display. Works perfectly, but I have both devices set up in gigabit Ethernet.

Not the worst move, I LOVE Marvel Unlimited. I’ve been reading comics from issue #1 up to present date, which would have been basically impossible and unaffordable without the service.
