Yeah, remember when built in Pandora was a big thing? Not a car, but my Blue Ray / DVD player still brags about that, nope not used.

Neutral, I also find all this commercialism forced at us unpalatable. However, what I find really interesting is that while we are railing against texting / cell phone use or really all forms of distracted driving, we are at the same time talking about how we can shop from our cars. Sure, that’s not going to consume

It ALWAYS pays to be nice, or at the very least civil. You can explain that you’re angry, frustrighted, tell them that the situation (or their proposed solution) is “unacceptable,” but never yell, scream or threaten. That’s been my experiance, on both sides of these situations.

The word, she’s a-changing. As much as I want to scream and rail against this stuff, I realize that when the next generation grows up with this as “normal,” no one will give any further thought to it, and boom, there you have it, it will be normal. Just like our parents can’t really fathom being able to find out so

I mean I drive a Fiat Abarth so I’m no fan of quality, interiors, or mechanical, but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s not a good car. I think 0-60 is more realistically 8 seconds. On a used one with miles I’m going to say 8+, yes that’s conjecture and fact. Not slow, but not fast (neither is my Fiat.) I think

Once I wanted several Ford models, I’ve now come to a point where I’m somewhat jaded against them, so I may not be objective here. They are cheap as crap, mechanically and quality, and age and use (and abuse) have helped none of that. They are slow and not terrible handlers, but not notable. Finally they have oil

SPG? or SVT?

Because they are terrible.

SVT Contour. I’m not sure if it’s absolutly the worst one, but it quickly comes to mind. I even drove 100 miles to look at one (despite what the seller said and pics, it was a hunk of shit of course.)

If the quality of my Abarth is anything to go off of, Apple is going to be taking a huge down turn soon and is in for some serious trouble!

I’ve heard Petter Solberg is LEGENDARY! Between that, because Scandinavian and huge balls, I doubt “drink with” would be the right words, but anyway him.

At the end of the day, the way the system is set up (be it right or wrong,) the responsibility and liability lies with the mechanic who certified that the car was safe according to state standards. Clearly it isn’t and it’s really hard to see how he isn’t going to be held liable and accontable.

Imagine the mauling you’d take from a leaping cat!

The Euro laws concerning pedistrian impact safy is what has happened to hood orniment.

I also remember when Acura made truly ugly cars and I see Honda now incorporating a lot of the same design influences.

But, what are you going to do? Say, “No thanks.”? Nope.

Yeah, just run down to the local Never Any Parts Available and buy a new 1926 Bugatti front end, you know? Not to mention I probably couldn’t afford to even have an estimate done of any damage, much less actually pay to fix it.

I’m so very luck indeed. Also, literly the scariest moment of my life. Not because dirving the car is that hard, but the, “What if’s.” start swirling in your head.

Yeah, I agree completly with eveything. It really is tragic.

Sorry I can’t resist the temptation to brag a little. I was fortunate enough to drive a (just for a little) a 1926 Bugatti Type 37. N patterned gear box (1st being where you’d normally find 2nd, 2nd being where you’d find 1st, etc.) The pedal box was so cramped I really couldn’t get my fat feet to operate the brake
